The Arsenal Football Camp package includes an annual subscription to our e-Academy so players do not just develop over one week but all year round which is very important to us here at Arsenal.
The Arsenal Football Development e‑Academy is a digital learning environment designed to support young players’ technical, mental, and personal development away from the training ground.
Built on Arsenal’s youth philosophy, Strong Young Gunners. The e‑Academy complements on‑pitch coaching by providing structured learning, guided reflection, and personalised development support in a safe and engaging online environment.
Purpose of the e‑Academy
The e‑Academy has been created to support players beyond formal training sessions to supplement their existing football activity and help guide parents on suitable sessions for trips to the park or garden.
It enables players to:
Reinforce key technical skills through structured learning
Develop consistent habits through repetition and challenge
Engage with football learning at home in an age‑appropriate, supportive environment
The platform is designed to enhance and support on‑pitch coaching, not replace it, helping players maintain continuity in their development journey.
Learning Hub content
At the core of the e‑Academy is the Learning Hub, which focuses on foundational technical skills essential at every stage of player development, including:
Ball mastery, Dribbling & 1v1 situations
Passing
First Touch
Shooting
Juggling
Regular, focused engagement with these skills supports the development or maintenance of technique, confidence, and decision‑making, particularly in youth players.
The Learning Hub includes progressive and challenging content, ensuring that more experienced players remain engaged while reinforcing essential techniques.
Champion Mentality Content
The e‑Academy also includes Champion Mentality content, drawing on insights from Arsenal men’s and women’s first‑team players.
